Who is actually the strongest Avenger? I feel like every time they introduce a new superhero they seem to be more powerful then everyone else. Who do you think is actually the strongest/most powerful Avenger?

I just realised that the only two people who have successfully managed to neutralize and stop Wanda were two ordinary humans with no superpowers. Both times she was restrained using Stark Tech!
