Rules for buyers

SeBuDA-Team
Effective Date: August 2026

Overview

Rules for buyers explain the responsibilities and required actions Buyers must follow when purchasing Digital Accounts or other digital assets through Sebuda.

By creating a Sebuda account, starting a Transaction, submitting payment, or purchasing a Digital Account through the Platform, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to follow these Rules for buyers, together with Sebuda’s Terms of Service, Escrow Policy, Privacy Policy, and other applicable Platform policies.

Because Digital Accounts may involve security, ownership, recovery, transfer, and Third-Party Platform risks, these Rules for buyers require Buyers to carefully review each Listing, confirm which components are included before payment, inspect the Digital Account after delivery, protect Security Information, use Sebuda’s official communication system, and report any important issue before making changes to the Digital Account.

Therefore, Buyers should complete each step carefully and keep the Digital Account unchanged whenever a dispute or cancellation issue may exist.

Nothing in these Rules removes or restricts any mandatory legal right that cannot be excluded under Applicable Law.

1. Definitions for These Rules for Buyers

For the purposes of these Rules for buyers, the following definitions apply.

Buyer means any individual or legal entity purchasing a Digital Account or digital asset through Sebuda.

Seller means the owner or authorized transferor of a Digital Account or digital asset listed on Sebuda.

Platform means Sebuda and its official website, Transaction system, communication system, and related services.

Transaction means a purchase or proposed purchase of a Digital Account or digital asset conducted through Sebuda.

Listing means the information, description, characteristics, included components, statements, and other details displayed through Sebuda concerning a Digital Account offered for a Transaction.

Escrow means Sebuda’s Transaction process through which payment is held while the Digital Account is transferred, inspected, and the Transaction is completed or otherwise resolved.

Admin Team means authorized Sebuda personnel who provide Transaction support, review accounts, handle disputes, assist with verification, and manage security matters.

Digital Account means any digital account or asset offered through Sebuda, including, where applicable, social media accounts, channels, gaming accounts, websites, domains, applications, advertising accounts, online businesses, SaaS accounts, subscriptions, and similar digital assets.

Original Email means the original or first email account connected to a Digital Account when the Listing clearly states that it is included or Sebuda otherwise confirms it as part of the Transaction.

Security Information includes passwords, login credentials, recovery information, recovery email addresses, phone numbers, recovery codes, backup codes, authenticator applications, two-factor authentication settings, security questions, active sessions, connected applications, and any other information used to maintain secure control of a Digital Account.

Verified Information means information Sebuda reviews against evidence reasonably available at the time of verification.

Seller-Provided Information means information entered or supplied directly by the Seller that Sebuda has not clearly identified as Verified Information.

Material Misrepresentation means false, misleading, inaccurate, or missing information that could significantly affect the Buyer’s decision to purchase the Digital Account or significantly affect its value, ownership, security, functionality, included components, or planned use.

Third-Party Platform means any independent website, application, social media platform, gaming platform, service provider, or other external service on which a Digital Account exists or operates.

Applicable Law means the laws, regulations, and mandatory legal requirements that apply to the Buyer, Sebuda, or the relevant Transaction.

2. Buyer Responsibilities and Warranties

Under these Rules for buyers, every Buyer is responsible for providing accurate information, using lawful funds, following Applicable Law, and cooperating honestly during the Transaction.

By using Sebuda or entering into a Transaction, the Buyer confirms that:

  • they have the legal capacity and authority needed to enter into the Transaction;
  • all information provided to Sebuda is complete, accurate, authentic, and reasonably up to date;
  • funds used for the purchase come from lawful sources;
  • they are legally permitted to enter into the relevant Transaction;
  • they will not use Sebuda or the purchased Digital Account for fraud, unlawful activity, identity theft, payment abuse, or another prohibited purpose;
  • they will not provide false, altered, manipulated, or misleading evidence;
  • they understand that purchasing and operating Digital Accounts involves technical, security, ownership, recovery, transfer, and Third-Party Platform risks;
  • they understand that Third-Party Platforms control their own services and may change policies, require verification, restrict functionality, recover accounts, suspend accounts, or take other actions outside Sebuda’s direct control;
  • they will cooperate honestly with Sebuda when Transaction-related information or evidence is reasonably required; and
  • they will comply with these Rules, Sebuda’s Terms of Service, Escrow Policy, and Applicable Law.

Therefore, the Buyer is responsible for deciding whether the intended purchase and use of a Digital Account are lawful and suitable for their needs.

3. Account Information for Buyers

These Rules for buyers require the Buyer to carefully review both Verified Information and Seller-Provided Information before purchasing a Digital Account.

Listing information may include both categories.

3.1 Verified Information

Certain Listing information may be reviewed by Sebuda before or during publication.

Sebuda verifies information only against the evidence reasonably available at the time of review.

However, verification does not guarantee:

  • future ownership;
  • future account security;
  • future account availability;
  • future recovery options;
  • future monetization;
  • future followers or subscribers;
  • future engagement or performance;
  • future actions by a Third-Party Platform;
  • future transferability of an included component; or
  • changes that occur after verification.

Therefore, the Buyer should treat verification as a point-in-time review rather than a guarantee of future account status.

3.2 Seller-Provided Information

Descriptions, statements, estimates, projections, opinions, historical information, business information, statements about included components, and other details provided directly by the Seller remain the Seller’s responsibility unless Sebuda clearly identifies them as Verified Information.

If any important information is unclear, the Buyer should request clarification or supporting evidence before purchasing.

In addition, Sebuda’s publication of a Listing does not mean that Sebuda has independently verified every Seller statement or every component connected to the Digital Account.

4. Rules for Buyers on Listing Review

Under these Rules for buyers, the Buyer must carefully review the Listing before submitting payment.

Digital Accounts may change over time because of:

  • normal user activity;
  • follower or subscriber changes;
  • engagement changes;
  • platform updates;
  • algorithm changes;
  • technical changes;
  • security measures; or
  • actions taken by the relevant Third-Party Platform.

Therefore, small, temporary, or naturally occurring differences do not automatically mean that the Listing is inaccurate.

However, information about a clearly included component may be important when that component affected the Buyer’s decision to proceed.

If the Buyer believes that the Digital Account or an included component significantly differs from the Listing, the Buyer must contact the Sebuda Admin Team before making any changes to the Digital Account or transferred component.

In addition, the Buyer should keep useful evidence, including:

  • screenshots;
  • screen recordings;
  • account information;
  • Transaction messages;
  • timestamps;
  • evidence concerning included components; and
  • any other information related to the issue.

If the Buyer changes the Digital Account before reporting the problem, it may become harder for Sebuda to confirm the account’s original condition.

Therefore, Buyers should report important problems first and avoid making changes until Sebuda has reviewed the issue.

In addition, keeping the account unchanged gives Sebuda a clearer basis for reviewing the issue.

5. Rules for Buyers Before Payment

Before submitting payment, these Rules for buyers require the Buyer to actively confirm the information presented during Sebuda’s checkout or Transaction process.

First, the Buyer must understand that the item being purchased is a Digital Account or another digital asset.

In addition, the Buyer confirms that:

  • they have reviewed the Listing before payment;
  • they understand which components are clearly listed as included;
  • they have had an opportunity to ask questions before purchasing;
  • an item or component is not automatically included simply because it is connected to the Digital Account;
  • after successful delivery, cancellation or refund will normally be available only where allowed by these Rules, Sebuda’s Escrow Policy, Terms of Service, or Applicable Law;
  • responsibility for protecting the Digital Account and Security Information transfers to the Buyer after successful delivery, unless the Buyer submitted a valid dispute or cancellation request before making changes;
  • the Buyer is responsible for protecting passwords, recovery information, authentication methods, and other Security Information received during the Transaction;
  • the Buyer understands that actions taken by Third-Party Platforms may be outside Sebuda’s control; and
  • the Buyer has read and accepts the applicable Sebuda rules and policies before completing the Transaction.

Therefore, the Buyer should not submit payment until they understand what is included in the purchase.

Sebuda may keep the Buyer’s electronic confirmation as part of the Transaction record.

However, nothing in this section removes any mandatory legal right that cannot be excluded.

6. Rules for Buyers During Account Inspection

Immediately after receiving access to the purchased Digital Account, these Rules for buyers require the Buyer to inspect the account without unnecessary delay.

First, the Buyer should confirm that login access works correctly.

Then, where relevant, the Buyer should review:

  • account ownership or control;
  • passwords and login details;
  • associated email status;
  • Original Email status when clearly included;
  • recovery email information;
  • recovery phone numbers;
  • recovery methods;
  • two-factor authentication settings;
  • backup and recovery codes;
  • authenticator information;
  • account warnings, restrictions, strikes, or limitations;
  • monetization status where relevant;
  • business or advertising settings where relevant;
  • administrative or ownership permissions where included;
  • associated domains or materials where included;
  • account security settings; and
  • other important characteristics or components described in the Listing.

However, the Buyer should avoid making unnecessary security, profile, Content, ownership, or component-related changes during the inspection.

If an important issue is found, the Buyer must contact Sebuda before changing the account.

For example, this applies where the Buyer discovers:

  • missing access;
  • incorrect email information;
  • a missing component that was clearly included;
  • an ownership issue;
  • a security issue; or
  • another important difference from the Listing.

Therefore, the purpose of the inspection is to check the account while keeping its original condition unchanged.

As a result, the Buyer should complete the inspection before making security or profile changes.

7. Buyer Responsibilities Under These Rules for Buyers

Throughout the Transaction, the Buyer must act honestly, reasonably, cooperatively, and in Good Faith.

In addition, the Buyer is responsible for reviewing the Listing, identifying important purchase requirements, following Sebuda’s Transaction procedures, inspecting the Digital Account after delivery, protecting Security Information, and cooperating with Sebuda when reasonably required.

7.1 Pre-Purchase Review and Included Components

These Rules for buyers require the Buyer to carefully review the Listing and confirm that the Digital Account and every component important to the purchase are clearly listed as included.

For example, depending on the Transaction, the Buyer may need to confirm whether the purchase includes:

  • Original Email;
  • associated email access;
  • a particular username, handle, or custom identifier;
  • recovery information;
  • administrative or ownership permissions;
  • associated domains;
  • files or digital materials;
  • transferable business materials;
  • intellectual-property-related materials when clearly offered; or
  • any other component that is important to the Buyer’s decision to proceed.

If important information is unclear, incomplete, or important to the Buyer’s purchasing decision, the Buyer should request clarification or supporting evidence through Sebuda’s official communication system before payment.

In addition, the Buyer must not assume that an item, right, credential, file, domain, email account, username, permission, or other component is automatically included simply because it is connected to the Digital Account.

Unless the Listing clearly states that the component is included, or Sebuda otherwise confirms it as part of the Transaction, the component does not automatically form part of the purchase.

Therefore, the Buyer should identify and clarify all important requirements before submitting payment whenever possible.

Sebuda’s publication of a Listing does not, by itself, confirm that a component not clearly identified in the Listing is included.

7.2 General Buyer Responsibilities

Under these Rules for buyers, the Buyer is responsible for:

  • reviewing all important Listing information before purchasing;
  • identifying any component that is essential to the purchasing decision;
  • requesting clarification when important information is unclear;
  • deciding whether the Digital Account is suitable for the planned use;
  • reviewing the relevant Third-Party Platform’s rules where appropriate;
  • providing accurate payment, identity, and Transaction information;
  • following Sebuda’s Transaction and transfer instructions;
  • promptly inspecting the Digital Account and included components after delivery;
  • keeping screenshots and other useful evidence when a problem is found;
  • protecting Security Information;
  • avoiding actions that may unnecessarily damage, restrict, or significantly change the Digital Account;
  • avoiding excessive login or security activity;
  • using appropriate security practices after delivery;
  • responding to reasonable Transaction-related requests from Sebuda;
  • cooperating during disputes or account reviews;
  • communicating truthfully and respectfully;
  • protecting personal information received during the Transaction;
  • avoiding manipulation or abuse of the Escrow process;
  • avoiding false claims or fabricated evidence; and
  • complying with these Rules for buyers and Applicable Law.

In addition, the Buyer must not intentionally create or worsen a technical, operational, or security problem and then use that problem as a reason for cancellation or dispute.

Finally, the Buyer understands that actions taken independently by the Third-Party Platform may be outside Sebuda’s direct control.

7.3 Buyer Conduct During the Transaction

During the Transaction, the Buyer should follow Sebuda’s instructions and avoid actions that may create unnecessary security, payment, or account problems.

In addition, the Buyer should keep important Transaction records and communicate through Sebuda whenever possible.

If a problem occurs, the Buyer should report it quickly and provide clear evidence.

Therefore, the Buyer should avoid unnecessary account changes until Sebuda has had a reasonable opportunity to review the issue.

8. Rules for Buyers on Communications

These Rules for buyers require material Transaction communications to take place through Sebuda’s official communication system whenever reasonably possible.

The Buyer should use the official Platform for:

  • questions about the Listing;
  • clarification about included components;
  • communication with the Seller;
  • reporting account problems;
  • reporting missing or inconsistent components;
  • sending Transaction evidence;
  • requesting assistance;
  • requesting cancellation; and
  • communicating during a dispute.

Communications conducted through Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Skype, external email, telephone, social media, or other external services may be difficult for Sebuda to verify.

Therefore, messages and evidence recorded within Sebuda’s official system may receive greater weight during a Transaction review.

The Buyer must not:

  • request or encourage payment outside Sebuda;
  • attempt to bypass Sebuda’s Escrow process;
  • deliberately move a Transaction outside the Platform;
  • submit false or manipulated communications;
  • impersonate Sebuda personnel;
  • threaten, harass, or abuse the Seller or Sebuda staff; or
  • use communication channels to support fraud or another unlawful activity.

In addition, a message sent only to the Seller does not count as a formal cancellation request when the Buyer must contact the Admin Team.

Therefore, using Sebuda’s official communication system helps create a clearer Transaction record.

9. Rules for Buyers on Included Components

Under these Rules for buyers, the Buyer may not require the Seller to provide or transfer a component that the Listing did not clearly include or Sebuda did not otherwise confirm as part of the Transaction.

This includes:

  • a specific username;
  • handle;
  • vanity URL;
  • custom identifier;
  • domain or domain variation;
  • associated email account;
  • file or digital material;
  • administrative or ownership permission;
  • intellectual-property-related material; or
  • any other component not clearly included in the Transaction.

Before payment, the Buyer may request clarification, screenshots, supporting evidence, or confirmation regarding any component that is important to the purchasing decision.

When available and appropriate, the Seller may provide relevant information through Sebuda, subject to privacy, security, technical, and Third-Party Platform limitations.

However, any information, analysis, or verification provided by Sebuda reflects only the information reasonably available at the time of review.

It does not guarantee:

  • future ownership;
  • future availability;
  • future security;
  • future recoverability;
  • future monetization;
  • future performance;
  • future transferability; or
  • future decisions or actions of a Third-Party Platform.

Therefore, the Buyer must not assume that a component is included only because it is technically, historically, commercially, or operationally connected to the Digital Account.

Inclusion must be shown by the Listing or by other Transaction information clearly confirmed through Sebuda.

If a particular component is essential to the Buyer’s decision to proceed, the Buyer should obtain clarification before payment whenever possible.

In addition, Buyers should confirm any essential component before payment rather than relying on assumptions.

10. Rules for Buyers on Account Email Status

These Rules for buyers require the Buyer to carefully review the email status shown in the Listing before purchasing.

When Sebuda verifies an account together with its Original Email, that verification reflects only the status confirmed using the evidence reasonably available at the time of review.

However, verification does not guarantee:

  • continued access to the email;
  • permanent ownership;
  • permanent recovery rights;
  • unchanged recovery procedures;
  • that a Third-Party Platform will accept a future recovery request; or
  • that an email provider or Third-Party Platform will not later require additional security checks.

Digital Accounts using:

  • replacement emails;
  • shared emails;
  • unverified emails; or
  • incomplete recovery information

may involve additional security or recovery risk.

Therefore, the Buyer is responsible for considering the email status before purchasing.

If Original Email, associated email access, or a particular email condition is important to the purchase, the Buyer must confirm before payment that the Listing clearly states that it is included.

The Buyer must not assume that an associated email account is included simply because the Digital Account is currently connected to that email.

As a result, email status should form part of the Buyer’s pre-purchase review.

11. Rules for Buyers on Account Security

After delivery, these Rules for buyers place responsibility for protecting the Digital Account and Security Information on the Buyer, subject to any timely dispute or cancellation request submitted before modification.

The Buyer should carefully review:

  • passwords;
  • recovery email addresses;
  • recovery phone numbers;
  • two-factor authentication settings;
  • authenticator applications;
  • backup codes;
  • recovery codes;
  • active sessions;
  • connected applications;
  • authorized devices;
  • administrative permissions; and
  • other important security settings.

However, the Buyer should avoid unnecessary activity that may trigger security systems operated by the Third-Party Platform.

For example, the Buyer should avoid:

  • excessive login attempts;
  • repeated password changes;
  • repeated recovery attempts;
  • excessive verification-code requests;
  • rapid changes between devices;
  • repeated location or IP changes;
  • unnecessary security-setting changes; or
  • other activity likely to trigger automated restrictions.

If the Buyer believes there is a problem with the Digital Account, a missing included component, or intends to request cancellation, the Buyer must not begin changing the Digital Account or Security Information before contacting Sebuda.

Therefore, when the safest procedure is unclear, the Buyer should contact the Admin Team before taking further action.

Once the Transaction has been properly completed and no dispute or cancellation request is pending, responsibility for maintaining secure control of the Digital Account rests with the Buyer.

Therefore, Buyers should make security changes carefully and only after confirming that no dispute or cancellation issue remains.

12. Rules for Buyers on Escrow Cancellation

Digital Accounts may involve unique security, ownership, technical, transfer, and component-related conditions. Therefore, Sebuda reviews each cancellation request individually.

12.1 Check the Account First

After receiving the Digital Account, the Buyer should first inspect it as described in Section 6.

If the Buyer finds an important issue and wants to request cancellation, they should stop and contact Sebuda before making changes.

For example, this may include:

  • an important difference from the Listing;
  • a missing component that was clearly included;
  • an ownership issue;
  • a security issue; or
  • another significant problem.

12.2 Request Cancellation Before Changes

If the Buyer wants to request cancellation, the request must be submitted through Sebuda’s official Platform before the Buyer changes the Digital Account, Security Information, or any transferred component.

A message sent only to the Seller is not considered a formal cancellation request.

Therefore, the Buyer must contact the Sebuda Admin Team directly through the official website communication system.

12.3 Changes You Must Not Make

Before submitting a cancellation request, the Buyer must not:

  • change passwords;
  • change usernames;
  • edit profile information;
  • publish, modify, archive, or delete Content;
  • change recovery information;
  • change recovery email addresses;
  • change phone numbers;
  • enable or disable two-factor authentication;
  • modify authenticator settings;
  • connect or disconnect third-party applications;
  • change payment information;
  • modify advertising settings;
  • change business settings;
  • add or remove administrators or permissions;
  • transfer associated domains, files, or included components;
  • modify transferred business or digital materials in a way that changes their original condition;
  • start campaigns;
  • make ownership-related changes; or
  • make another important security, Content, ownership, or component-related change.

Once these changes are made, it may become difficult or impossible to confirm the original condition of the Digital Account or included components.

As a result, cancellation requests submitted after major changes may not normally be accepted unless exceptional circumstances justify further review under the Escrow Policy or Applicable Law.

12.4 Cooperate During the Review

After submitting a cancellation request, the Buyer must cooperate with Sebuda.

For example, Sebuda may ask the Buyer to:

  • stop using the Digital Account;
  • keep the account unchanged;
  • keep transferred components in their current condition;
  • provide screenshots or screen recordings;
  • provide Transaction evidence;
  • provide evidence about a missing or disputed component;
  • avoid further verification-code requests;
  • avoid additional login attempts; or
  • follow other reasonable instructions needed to protect account security and evidence.

Therefore, the Buyer should follow reasonable instructions while the review is ongoing.

Failure to cooperate may make it harder for Sebuda to review the request.

12.5 Restoring the Account

If Sebuda considers cancellation after the Buyer has already changed Security Information, account settings, or an included component, the Buyer may need to restore the Digital Account when possible.

For example, this may include restoring:

  • security settings;
  • permissions;
  • recovery information;
  • account settings; or
  • another changed component.

If full restoration is not possible, Sebuda will handle the outcome according to its Escrow Policy, Terms of Service, and Applicable Law.

12.6 Cancellation Is Not Automatic

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically mean that the Transaction will be cancelled.

Instead, Sebuda will review each request based on:

  • the circumstances;
  • available evidence;
  • the Listing;
  • clearly included components;
  • the condition of the Digital Account;
  • the actions of the Buyer and Seller;
  • relevant Sebuda policies; and
  • Applicable Law.

Finally, nothing in this section limits any mandatory legal right that cannot be excluded.

13. Rules for Buyers on Security Verification Codes

These Rules for buyers require Buyers to request or use verification codes only when reasonably necessary for the transfer, verification, or security of the Digital Account.

Verification codes may include:

  • login codes;
  • two-factor authentication codes;
  • email verification codes;
  • SMS codes;
  • password-reset codes;
  • security confirmation codes; and
  • other temporary authentication credentials.

The Buyer must:

  • keep verification codes confidential;
  • use them only for their intended purpose;
  • avoid sharing them with unauthorized persons;
  • avoid requesting the same code repeatedly;
  • avoid repeated login or recovery attempts; and
  • follow any security instructions provided during the transfer.

Repeated or unnecessary verification requests may cause the Third-Party Platform to:

  • temporarily restrict login;
  • block recovery attempts;
  • require additional identity verification;
  • lock security settings; or
  • restrict or suspend the Digital Account.

Therefore, if login, verification, or account-access problems occur, the Buyer should contact the Sebuda Admin Team before repeatedly requesting additional codes or taking other actions that may further affect the Digital Account.

After successful completion of the transfer, the Buyer becomes responsible for securely managing future authentication and verification processes connected to the Digital Account.

Finally, careful use of verification codes can reduce the risk of temporary account restrictions.

By following these Rules for buyers, Buyers can help protect their Transaction, preserve account security, and ensure that Sebuda can review any issue using clear and reliable evidence.
